Please read and agree to the terms to proceed.

1. Remove shoes before entering.

2. Due to the live animals on the property and general maintenance, the owner will have access to the outside grounds without notice but will do so discreetly to minimize your disturbance.

3. No smoking or drug use of any kind, is allowed anywhere on the property.

4. Pets, including ESA animals, are not allowed.

5. Maximum 2 person occupancy. No unregistered guests.

6. Drinks are not permitted in the hot tub. $500+ fine for glass in the hot tub.

7. I agree to the wifi terms and conditions and the free & paid food agreement.

8. No tampering with electronic devices or cameras.

9. Will not enter the hot tub until the hot tub waiver is signed. Each guest should fill out a separate waiver. The waiver is on the NEXT page.

10. The complimentary drinks are for consumption during your stay. Please do not take extra drinks upon checkout. The drinks in the small beverage fridge are for purchase.
